Job description

We are seeking an Experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to become a part of our team! You will originate residential mortgage loan applications. Our brokerage firm is partnered with national wholesale lenders, and offers a full line of mortgage programs, including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, Jumbo, Construction, Non-QM, Hard Money and Commercial. We provide a proven career development plan that can take an originator to a six-figure income and beyond. 

 

Responsibilities

​

• Educate borrowers on mortgage options and tailor the loan to fit their needs

• Guide customers through the loan application and approval process

• Obtain, originate, and process loan applications and supporting documents

• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans

• Develop professional relationships for business growth

 

Qualifications

​

• Previous experience in residential mortgage origination

• Familiarity with financial and lending practices

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Valid MLO License and active NMLS number
